My coaching method.

I like to start each session (if your comfortable) by guiding you to take some deep breaths into your body, and relax into a short meditation. This makes sure that you have no distractions or ‘to do lists’ concerning the mind and you will be calm, able to think and be 100% in the session. We can then look at any area of your life that you want to and how it’s effecting you.

For coaching, I do a minimum of a 4 week program having one session a week. Depending on how your feeling, you then have the option to continue working with me for another 4 sessions and so forth. Within the sessions you’ll have insights, learnings, breakthroughs and discoveries, leaving no stone unturned. I really want you to create authentic change, clarity and for you to have confidence during and when the coaching program is completed.

I also offer 30 minute weekly momentum sessions after the programme if you feel it would benefit you, some clients love this as they miss having the sessions.

4 sessions, one a week.

I personally want real lasting change for my clients, not just a quick fix. One or two sessions isn’t enough to create any real change or momentum at all. By having at least 4 sessions you can really start to look at all areas of your life that are important for you to work on. After 4 sessions we can discuss if you feel drawn to keep making the changes to create lasting change.
